Project Title: Time Management Training

Context: I developed this course specifically for college-aged students struggling with time management. Aimed at helping them balance academic responsibilities, the course provides practical strategies, tools, and techniques to improve productivity and reduce distractions. Please note, this is an incomplete version, as it was created during my time in grad school. Despite its current status, it still showcases the foundation of a comprehensive learning experience.

Goals: The goal of this course is to equip college-aged students with practical time management skills to better balance academic responsibilities. Through proven strategies and tools, students will learn to reduce stress, improve productivity, prioritize tasks, and develop long-term habits that foster efficiency and focus.

Impact: Students who complete the time management training could gain greater control over their schedules, experience reduced stress, and show improved academic performance. The course promotes lasting habits that enhance productivity, support goal-setting, and empower students to make more intentional use of their time—skills that benefit them both in college and beyond.

Reflection: This conceptual course, created during grad school, gave me valuable experience applying instructional design principles to a real-world challenge. It helped me practice designing with empathy, clarity, and a focus on practical solutions for student success.
