Project Title: Centralized Training Program

Tools Used: PowerApps, Excel, Canva, Adobe

Context: This centralized training program offers 70+ instructor-led sessions throughout the fiscal year, providing consistent, high-quality learning opportunities across the organization. To support the program, we collaborated with developers to build an in-house Learning Management System (LMS) in PowerApps for course registration and data tracking. The LMS enhances the learner experience and streamlines program management through centralized access and reporting.

Goals: To equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles by providing consistent, accessible, and high-quality training aligned with organizational priorities.

Process: Needs Assessment, Catalog, Launch Registration, Pre-Course Survey, Post-Course Survey, Data Analysis

Impact: This program empowers employees to perform more effectively, stay current with policies and systems, and contribute to a more knowledgeable, agile, and aligned workforce. It also supports succession planning, strengthens compliance, and drives overall organizational efficiency.

Reflection: Investing in structured, ongoing learning has reinforced the value of continuous development within the organization. By bringing training under one cohesive program, we've not only improved access and consistency, but also empowered employees to take ownership of their growth. As we move forward, the insights gained from participation and feedback will help us refine and expand the program to meet evolving needs.
