Context: This annual symposium featured 30+ sessions delivered in a hybrid format—both in-person and online—using BigMarker as the central platform. BigMarker was chosen for its robust functionality, enabling a seamless experience for both audiences. Each session included a participant evaluation to gather feedback and assess impact. Evaluation data is presented below.
Goals: To provide a 3-day learning experience that delivers high-quality training and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) sessions, supporting professional growth, knowledge sharing, and skill development across the community.

Impact: With an overall satisfaction rate of 98%, the symposium successfully delivered a valuable and engaging learning experience. The high rating reflects the quality of the sessions, the effectiveness of the hybrid delivery, and the program’s alignment with participants’ professional development needs.
Reflection: The overwhelmingly positive feedback highlights the success of our hybrid approach and content strategy. Organizing 30+ sessions across in-person and virtual formats was complex, but the high satisfaction rate affirmed that thoughtful planning and the right platform can create a seamless, impactful experience. This experience reinforced the importance of flexibility, technology, and continuous feedback in delivering large-scale training events.
